After using Surface devices for several years, and mostly loving the experience, it was finally time to switch things up. Here is a quick time lapse of my first sketch on the iPad Pro using Procreate.
Having a time lapse of my artwork is something I’ve always wanted ever since I was using real pencil and paper. Now, the Procreate app makes it super easy by recording the entire process as you go. Then it’s as easy as exporting it, and maybe adding a little bit of flair like I did in this video.
Adding the extra bits is also simplified quite a bit now, using the LumaFusion app on the iPad. Then I can upload to YouTube and make a new post (like the one you’re reading now) all from the same device. Definitely something that will make it a lot easier to make more of these in the future.
